The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

The vehicle we were originally looking at sold the same day we reached out but they worked with us on a great deal and even though we passed for now - we're definitely keeping them in mind.

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

I bought the car one year ago, I did not face any problems. Fuel consumption is great, very comfortable and luxurious compared to its competitors like Sonata, Accord, or Camry. Exterior design gave a car some prestige and took it the car to the next level.

One of the best sedans I have ever owned. It has the 2.0 liter eco boost engine which has plenty of power and decent fuel economy, particularly on the highway. I have heard about engine problems developing around 80k miles but I am not there yet. I always let it cool down at low power or idle before shutting down the engine, which should take care of the problem that I have heard about with the eco boost engines.

Lisa was very helpfull, She gave me all the information I needed about a camry se that was dicounted $1050 I plan to go there at the end of November. hopfully I'll get anothe 1000 off

I took in my truck to get serviced and was really impressed with the service. Within 10 minutes of arriving I was greeting by a nice girl and she let me know that Tim would be over to talk with me shortly. Tim came and was very courteous and helpful and asked me if I would want my truck washed after my truck was serviced. Of course I said yes ! While I was waiting I received a text that if I needed anything or had any questions I could text and ask( wow ) This is great service. My truck was serviced and for what I had done it took the appropriate amount of time. I am very pleased with my experience and the immediate greeting of the staff and them walking me through verbally what would take place and giving me a time frame. I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.
