We purchased the Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. The car rides beautifully, is roomy even for my 6'2 husband, quiet and very economical. I have been getting approx. 30 mpg.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Heavy and clumsy. Gas milage is so so. Good entertainment system.
Quality doesn't seems like the best one. Engine wind deflector has to be replaced once a year. It is becoming loose just by driving the car on a highway.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Reliable, nice looking car. Drives nice, good handling, smooth ride. Comfortable seats , legroom is adequate front and back. Lacks power but still good enough to get out of the way
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.

We were looking for one of the 2 last 2018 Ford RS in Maryland and this was the place! Kwami was very friendly and professional. I got some hot chocolate from their lounge to enjoy during our finance process. They played no games, gave us a great price for our trade in and we were on our way. We needed a specialty bracket ordered for our car and Kwami went out of his way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.

Rented a Ford Fusion while my car was being evaluated after being struck by a deer. I immediately enjoyed everything about the car! As soon as it was determined that my car was at a total loss, I knew I wanted a Fusion. So happy we made this choice!

Night and day Ford experience. I started my vehicle purchase journey at a Ford Dealership in Rye, NY (2.5 miles from my home). The sales person could not have been less helpful. After multiple un-returned phone calls I decided to do some research on the specific vehicle I was looking for and found it at Darcars Ford (244 miles from my home). I picked up the phone early one Monday morning and called the dealership. Sales person, Kwami Amegah answered my call. I explained exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he would get right back to me. Kwami called me back about 45 minutes later with the financial breakdown for the vehicle. I agreed with the numbers and emailed him my application. That Saturday of the same week, I packed up my wife, two children and french bulldog and made the 4 hour trip to pick up my new vehicle. When we made it to the dealership, Kwami was there to greet all of us, including Juice (our dog). He took the time to allow me to test drive the vehicle, even though I had already committed to it and gave me a very thorough orientation. Next thing I knew, I was back on the road to NY in my new vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Ford, Kwami is THE guy to talk to!

I’ve always been a fan of Ford. The Fusion is amazing. It drives smoothly. It’s quiet. Features are awesome. The digital speedometer is a nice perk.
I had a wonderful experience at Academy Ford. The saleslady, Ashley, truly listened to me when I told her what I wanted and she guided me to the right car. She had a lot of patience ! Because of Ashley I ended up with the car I truly love :)

I was forced to jump into a new car when my previous vehicle gave up her usability after 19 years. I didn't think I could find a car that would make me smile and this one did. Great mpg, still peppy, and super comfortable to drive.
Painless process. Mr. Hunt was the salesman and was well prepared. After the purchase, Mr, Hunt actually delivered the vehicle to my residence. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and recommend Academy to my associates.

Test driving nicely done. Not very scared we're seats are nicely comfortable. The radio and enterior was great view. Air windows freshly, no big stenches. Stains A1. Vechile nice shape smooth under hood.
Truly provided the most caring customer service of any dealership I've ever visited. Julius made sure we were happy and satisfied with our new Jeep Wrangler. I will only buy my future Jeeps from Criswell because of Julius and the staff. Leon, our sales consultant, was fantastic. Always pleasant and knowledgeable, he got us into the right vehicle. Thong, in finance, was great as well. He structured our deal perfectly. Everyone we had contact with was incredible. My profound thanks.

The car met my needs for the time being. Lots of room and it moves like it has a 6 cylinder engine! Fords reliability makes it a good buy.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
