This was by FAR the best car buying experience i've ever had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, very friendly and accommodating staff. I have to personally say thank you to the sales manager Kyle Faiman without him i don't think i would be driving an Infiniti. Kyle helped the deal from start to finish and personally followed up the next day to thank me for doing business with them. i'm so happy! i highly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!!
New in town and in USA. Have to lease a car and My sales rapresentative (Tom Sammut) was very kind, patience and always available to show me all the options. I felt very comfortable and not like a number as happened in other dealership. I think relationship is always the plus. Every dealership sells same cars.. people make the difference and this is the main reason I choose this dealership. Thanks Tom to make my dream comes true to have my mustang! I always recommend him and royal oak ford to anyone who wants to buy a Ford car. Good job! 👍🏻

So i step inside the dealership and sales consultant Danny Coomer is the man who helped me check out the truck i drove from Indianapolis to North Vernon to check out. After he answered all my questions we go inside to talk price & trade in . While waiting for a trade in price. I stepped into owner/ceo Mike Garlitch office. Colson Leach was in there. We got to talking, joking and laughing like old friends for about 10-15 minutes.( Never meet any of these people before. ) After that I`m talking to Danny Coomer & sales manager Bill Battin about the trade in i had and price for the truck i drove 1hr and 15 min to see. I got the price i wanted.!!! Garlitch Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram made buying my 2016 Chevy Colorado a breeze.... From (Finance) Rob Woolwine and the lady that did title work, to the guy that detailed my truck and James McCreary in the service department that i talked to. Everybody treated me like a friend. Their so easy to deal with and talk to....... No Pressure at any time during my visit !! Mike Garlitch should have his own reality tv show to teach all car dealerships how to treat their cutsomers.
From start to finish i had a great experience with my purchase. Worked with me on my trade in and the staff was extremely nice and had answers for all my questions. Two thumbs up!!👍🏻 👍🏻
About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.
First, we had given up on Roseville Honda because of many negative experiences. However, our Accord air conditioner started acting up and we have a heat wave this week. Auburn couldn't take us so I called Honda Roseville. We got a friendly prompt appointment on the phone for yesterday, same day! We arrived early and the gentleman who came out to get us in line and set us up was a really nice guy (forgot his name). We were assigned to Randy who had NO ATTITUDE, just took real good care of us and was also really nice/friendly/professional. While we were waiting we took the opportunity to start the conversation about a possible upgrade to our 2004 (get some info, etc). Gabe took us on a test drive, sat with us, gave us information, answered our questions like a human relating to other humans (none of the wait here while so & so comes to talk to you - ultimately starting over with about 3 or 4 different people who come back instead of the one we were previously talking with, wondering what the heck is going on and wasting our time). We will follow up with him. Back to Randy to get our car. He was terrific/great energy right to the end - sense of humor, smile, authentically interested in making sure we got well taken care of along with the car. Everything transparent/explained. We even got an unexpected car wash! The air conditioner is better than new. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A COMPLETE 180 AND A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ROSEVILLE HONDA! Hope you keep this quality going. (Regards questions below, we had previously not recommended you, and we did purchase a used Accord there , but several years ago)
The sale person who help me buying my new and first Honda car . He is very good and he help me to all my questions about the car I want. One thing he call me the day after I purchased my car asking me how is it and telling me if anything I have question about the car just give him a call anytime . 👍👍👍 thank you Erik Berrios, your very good and nice sale Consultant.
My wife and I were searching for two months trying to find the best deal we could. We set out a budget and stuck to it. After long thoughtful consideration we had decided to buy from a dealer and not individual, as dealers are held to a standard. I googled the top-rated dealership within 100 miles of me (Camp Hill) and the one dealership that had the highest ratings was Forrester Lincoln (FL) with a 4.9 stars. I researched up one side and down the other about FL reading every review we could. After reading all the reviews from every site that we could find, we searched through FL???s inventory and found an older Lincoln LS that was well below our budget price. Joshua was in contact with me within an hour and had answered every question he could. I noticed a small tear on the seat back and asked for a better picture. Joshua texted me a picture of the seat back and it turned out to be significant. He stated that he was going to talk to his manager about the tear and he would get back to me. I continued looking elsewhere for another car. About four days later I received a call that FL fixed the seat back and that the car was clean and ready for a test drive. My wife and I drove about an hour to get to FL, we test drove the Lincoln and were ready to buy. While on the lot we notice a couple newer Lincolns that were much newer and a little out of our price range. Joshua presented my family with a professional no pressure attitude and stayed late to find us the best possible deal on monthly payments. We purchased the car that night and picked it up two days later. When I say, this car was clean I mean immaculate, they took some time making my new car feel like a brand-new car. I have waited about 3 weeks to provide my review because I wanted to be as detail oriented as possible. I have taken the car on a 500+ mile round trip to Pittsburgh, not one time on the trip did I feel even slightly concerned that the vehicle would not make it. Joshua called us ironically, during that trip to see how we were liking the Lincoln. I can say with 100% confidence; my family will not buy another car in Pennsylvania unless that vehicle comes from Forrester Lincoln. We were treated more like friends than a sale, Joshua is by far, the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you to the folks at Forrester Lincoln for giving us such a wonderful car buying experience.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
First time to have anything serviced at AutoNation, excellent customer care, prompt service. I didn't buy here as this was a company lease vehicle. I would look to buy in the future if the sales is like the service.
Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car.
We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski.
He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from.
After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot.
Can't say enough about how we were treated and instructed on vehicle operation operation.
Linders lived up to all the good things our friends said about them.
Antony Castano at Metro Ford did my buying experience really very nice. I went one day, choose the car and he did all the paper work. Call him after a few hours, confirmed the sale and told him I was going to be there next day at 11.00 am.
Went at 11.00 am and out driving the new car at 12.30 pm. Keep the good job Antony.
