I was on an errand in Clearwater when a service light appeared on my dashboard, one I'd never seen before. I looked it up in the service manual, and it was a serious one. I'm new to this area, hadn't had my Prius serviced locally yet, so I was at the mercy of whichever dealership could take me first. I called two, but when connected to the service departments, I only got voice mail. My third call was to Auto Nation Toyota; I explained my situation and was put through to John Curtis. He listened to me (and the near-panic in my voice), and calmly told me that the car would be OK to be driven as far as their location, and assured me that they'd take immediate and good care of me. Which is exactly what transpired. John is a professional, easy going, and "knows his stuff." He gave me the information I needed to know, in a manner that a person who is not automotive knowledgeable could comprehend. I sincerely recommend John as a "go to guy" for your car's needs. Not only that, but for the first time in my driving life (and I'm no spring chicken), not only does this dealership offer you a ride home, but a ride back to pick up your car as well! That, to me, was amazing! Both drivers were personable and the cars immaculately clean, without any nasty, perfumey coverup smells (which I'm allergic to). My '08 Prius and I are very happy with the experience and service rendered.
I had been notified several times about the Toyota 2007 cars that had a recall on the airbags, however, didn't know where to take it (that I trusted) so didn't bother. Finally had a 'card' saying 'get it done'! so caled the number, told them why it wasn't taken care of - the dealer I've bought last 3 cars from (which I was satisfied) had moved into their new expanded bldg.., went up for an oil change just to test them - the young man 'greeter' I call him, said my car was ready then bean the sales pitch, intently, I said no, he persisted and looked very upset. Drove away, reached for my cell phone and it was gone. Evidently the 'shop' needed it more than I did. The Clearwater dealer, when shopping for my first Toyota, had me in the office the entire day, playing the back/forth to 'so called mgr.' for better deal game so I walked out. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid, don't know what I want, etc.; I may be dumb, but not stupid.. I don't like those 'get a better price' tactics and won't deal with them. They know what the price will be no matter how much dickering..
Your dealership was almost unbelievable - no bargaining, no pressure what so ever, recommended what needed to be done and out the door. EVERYONE was curtious, polite, smiling and working their....rear ends off, but had time to see if I needed help. Yes, I'll no doubt be back.
My service advisor Phil is always polite, conscientious and explains fully what my car needs and what was done on my car. I feel I can trust his expertise and advice.
We, Terri and Ben Mixter, had a great experience last week buying our 2018 KICKS SV in Monarch Orange with a black top!! Our sales consultant was Frank Wagner, Jr. and our Business Manager was John Kay. Both are very professional and knowledgeable while being helpful and friendly. This is our third Nissan, The 2013 ROGUE we traded on the KICKS, and a 2016 FRONTIER we loved but traded in when we bought a travel trailer too large for the FRONTIER to safely tow! Wer also look forward to working with Dustin Stevens in the Service department again!
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I experienced power steering failure while driving my 1999 Ford F350 truck with approximately 350,000 miles, I called Sarasota Ford and spoke with mr Jane Deal in the service dept and explained my dilemma, had the truck towed to the dealer and the next day the truck was ready. When I picked it up the charge was for only a new power steering hose and they cleaned the steering fluid that blew all over from the engine and exhaust lines. I know this is service way above and beyond the call of duty.
Sarasota Ford demonstrated their honesty, they could have charged anything and I couldn't say no, thank you Mr. James Deal and Sarasota Ford

Love my new Fusion! So many new upgrades from my old one. More comfortable, smoother ride. Love the leather interior. Like the features, such as built in GPS and all of the safety features. Beautiful inside & out.
As is my usual experience, the service at Matthew Currie is timely and well done with the service personnel very polite and helpful. Good job as always.

This car is all I have ever wanted. It has more than enough space and above all state of the art technology....love love love it!!
In short, my recent car purchase from AutoNation was the most positive auto purchase that I have experienced. My sales person, Brandon, knows his product thoroughly, and navigated the entire process flawlessly. The finance person, Rick, was equally efficient and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly and willing to lend a hand. The auto was delivered as promised, and I look forward to several years of pleasant driving in it.

This is by far the best car I've owned. And I've only put 300 miles on it so far. Looking forward to a long relationship with Meg (the shark car). :-)
This car met all of my needs- downsized from a SUV and not sorry I did. The gas mileage is outstanding, the interior is very spacious. I am just over 6-feet tall so that is very important for me and my family!
The 2018 is a fantastic car for the price. I am a big guy and have no problems getting in and out. There is also lots of leg room.
Performance of the all wheel drive and 2.0 turbo is outstanding.
Vehicle available to be shipped to your home. Contact

So much bigger than my Honda Civic was. Especially in the trunk. And the dash feels like I’m driving a spaceship. Doesn’t get as good mileage. But I really love this cat.
All the features of a luxury car at a mid-size car price. Great ride, interior comfort, huge trunk, sporty styling, luxury options, all at a great price.
This car is a great family car. It has 3 USB ports, navigation, heated leather seats and a turbo. This is my secon fusion. Love them. Selling to get a truck.
