Wes Kammer (Sales General Manager) and Tom Phan (Senior Sales Advisor) at Vandergriff Acura are very professional advisors with excellent customer service skills and knowledge about their cars and financial opportunities to lease or buy with the customer's best interest in mind. They both listened patiently to my needs and offered me an excellent lease opportunity and a fair trade-in value for my previously financed RDX. Wes and Tom were always welcoming, patient, and not pushy giving me several days to make up my mind about several financial scenarios I could afford given my other financial obligations. Wes and Tom were very truthful and worked with me to get a fair and aggressive offer, and didn't hide anything from me, as I independently corroborated with my personal web research. I visited Goodson and David McDavid Acura, just because they worked with Costco, but Vandergriff Acura was better in every respect. Wes and Tom, are consummate sales professionals who follow up without being pushy and had my best interest in mind as they explained to me the pros and cons of buying vs leasing thoroughly, and answered every question I had. They both are truly good advisors, rather than salesmen, and are perfectly OK not getting my business if they know it wouldn't benefit me personally. That is true honesty and I appreciated it. As advisors they have consistently provided me with the best car sales experience because they are friendly (smile) even when others would get impatient with my questions; they follow up; and they are always truthful, hiding nothing from me. Tom accompanied me to a test drive, and explained every feature of the new RDX 2019 thoroughly, as well as helped me set up my data after the deal. In the past I always had taken my Acura cars to be serviced at Vandergriff, because they have knowledgeable professionals, aggressive prices and excellent customer service. Love my new Fusion! So many new upgrades from my old one. More comfortable, smoother ride. Love the leather interior. Like the features, such as built in GPS and all of the safety features. Beautiful inside & out.
We just bought a new Pacifica limited from Meador and there is nothing to say except that this experience was absolutely the best. We shopped around 4 or 5 dealers who always had some problem with their quotes when it came time to sign the paperwork or flat-out refused to provide a quote on a car until we came into the dealer (even though they didn't have the car we wanted). We expected the same from Meador but we were blown away by the difference. Seth James found us a van 250 miles away and pulled out all the stops on pricing. He emailed me a price below their competior's "invoice" AND let us have $2,000 in rebates that the competitors tried to convince me didn't exist. All this wrapped up in 0% interest and 0 dealer adds! He even got us extra tinting and was able to match the best offer we got on our trade-in. We were skeptical when we came in to sign the paperwork as the other dealers tried to change the deal on us at the last minute. NONE of this happened at Meador. When we signed the paperwork with Meador our payment was actually 2 bucks lower than we were quoted for 0% at 60 months. Seth James went over and above without us even asking! I may be changing my next car to a Chrysler if this is how Meador does business.

This car met all of my needs- downsized from a SUV and not sorry I did. The gas mileage is outstanding, the interior is very spacious. I am just over 6-feet tall so that is very important for me and my family!
Great service. Didn’ Have to wait long for the repairs to be completed.

The 2018 is a fantastic car for the price. I am a big guy and have no problems getting in and out. There is also lots of leg room.
Performance of the all wheel drive and 2.0 turbo is outstanding.
Purchase experience was absolutely perfect! Bottom line price was as advertised - no surprises whatsoever. Offered fair trade-in value showed great patience and flexibility in dealing with its out-of-state electronic title. AND they managed to secure a significantly better interest rate than the extremely competitive rate I had secured through my credit union. If you are in the market for a new Ford and appreciate an honest and straight forward / no nonsense approach, this is the dealership for you!!

So much bigger than my Honda Civic was. Especially in the trunk. And the dash feels like I’m driving a spaceship. Doesn’t get as good mileage. But I really love this cat.
All the features of a luxury car at a mid-size car price. Great ride, interior comfort, huge trunk, sporty styling, luxury options, all at a great price.
This is well worth it. It's a little cramped for my 6'2" frame. The seats don't go back all the way either. It doesn't accelerate too fast either. However it is well designed inside and out with intuitive features. It's got a great looking body. I'm getting 25mpg city and 32 to 35 highway. Its quiet on the inside and has great visibility!
As far as I know, the repairs were done right but I am not a mechanic and have always trusted Bankston/AutoNation with my service. Southwest Ford did not stand behind their repeated dismissal of noises I was reporting on my Mustang convertible which left the steering column collapsed in my lap as I was just driving straight down the road at 55 mph. So, I went to Ford and THEY bought my 3 year old Limited Addition Mustang convertible back for $28,000 when Charlie Gilchrist was only willing to pay me $15,000 for a trade-in. That is why I come to Bankston/Autonation. Treat me right and I will be yours forever. Treat me wrong and the world will know about it! I guarantee you that!
Pacer is THE BEST and I would not want another Customer Service Rep to deal with me!

This car is a Hybrid AND it’s COMFY .. TECHY.. and gets FABULOUS MPG’s! It will be for more than just commuting. It’s becoming the favorite to drive!
This car is a great family car. It has 3 USB ports, navigation, heated leather seats and a turbo. This is my secon fusion. Love them. Selling to get a truck.

It is an excellent vehicle. You will definitely not regret it.It runs very well and still looks new. Prices are negotiable but has to be in a reasonable standard.
Overall the car is great. So many upgrades in safety and technology for the SE model. HOWEVER, I’m under 500 miles on my car and twice now my sync screen/system has glitched and become non-responsive. My screen will either freeze or glitch between rear view camera as I’m driving, to a blank blue screen and back and fourth. The first time I just turned off the car and waited about 5 minutes, it resolved itself. I’m currently waiting to see if I can do the same this second time. But i fee this is a defect and will be going back to my dealer ASAP.
Absolutely love this car. Especially all the bells and whistles on it, such as heated / Cooling seats, heated steering wheel which by the way comes in handy in the cold weather in Fort Mill / Charlotte NC where I work. As well as window defroster for the windows and too many more to name.
