With this being our first Volvo (purchased from another dealer 02/14), we're still having to adjust to what is "normal" customer care and service in their (Volvo's) opinion. This IS NOT how American car companies have treated their customers for the last several decades, and frankly, it's somewhat jarring to be treated like a truly valued consumer. Byers has been "spot on" when it comes to this type and level of service. Rob in service is always friendly, helpful, and knows what the status of our vehicle is within 1-2 minutes of answering my call, if he doesn't already know right when we start our conversation. The only thing below outstanding is that the dealership itself could use a larger physical footprint.
