Ongoing electrical problem that 4 other dealerships couldn't locate or solve. I was 300 miles away from home and had to get to the closest dealership as fast as I could. I couldn't have been luckier that day. Service Tech Jacob was the only person after 10,000 miles and 5 dealerships that took the time to properly trouble shoot my problem, locate the issue, and fix the problem. If I had a major problem in the future, I would drive 300 miles so Jacob could solve it, the first time. I have NEVER been so impressed with any dealership as I was with Diepholz!
