This was by FAR the best car buying experience i've ever had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, very friendly and accommodating staff. I have to personally say thank you to the sales manager Kyle Faiman without him i don't think i would be driving an Infiniti. Kyle helped the deal from start to finish and personally followed up the next day to thank me for doing business with them. i'm so happy! i highly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!!
Very nice location, great customer service and follow up. I'm still early in the buying process and haven't been pressured, just following up consistently.

So i step inside the dealership and sales consultant Danny Coomer is the man who helped me check out the truck i drove from Indianapolis to North Vernon to check out. After he answered all my questions we go inside to talk price & trade in . While waiting for a trade in price. I stepped into owner/ceo Mike Garlitch office. Colson Leach was in there. We got to talking, joking and laughing like old friends for about 10-15 minutes.( Never meet any of these people before. ) After that I`m talking to Danny Coomer & sales manager Bill Battin about the trade in i had and price for the truck i drove 1hr and 15 min to see. I got the price i wanted.!!! Garlitch Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram made buying my 2016 Chevy Colorado a breeze.... From (Finance) Rob Woolwine and the lady that did title work, to the guy that detailed my truck and James McCreary in the service department that i talked to. Everybody treated me like a friend. Their so easy to deal with and talk to....... No Pressure at any time during my visit !! Mike Garlitch should have his own reality tv show to teach all car dealerships how to treat their cutsomers.
From start to finish i had a great experience with my purchase. Worked with me on my trade in and the staff was extremely nice and had answers for all my questions. Two thumbs up!!👍🏻 👍🏻
I was in the market for a used Kia Optima and found one at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio that was priced well below market. Lonnie Murdoch was quick to respond to my inquiry on Car Gurus. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in responding to my questions. This dealership's philosophy is upfront and honest dealing, no pressure and no haggle which made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I would strongly recommend giving this dealership a try...the drive is well worth it.
I've been getting my old car serviced with Phil Fitts Ford for years. Came to the Ford dealership after having looked at their Ford Fusions on the website. The car looked absolutely great. A 2016 AWD with the bells and whistles for with less than 10,000 miles under $25,000 was a bargain I had to jump on. I had been shopping around a bit and the minute I hopped into the Fusion I knew I had to get it. So many new features I wasn't used to, having driven a standard focus for so long. Luke Lord was friendly and personable and helped explain all the stuff I could look forward to when upgrading considerably. After doing all the paperwork and a day later, I was driving off in my new car! I was excited to finally upgrade to something that I can look forward to driving for a long time to come! Absolutely a pleasurable car buying experience!
My husband and I went to 2 other local dealership and were not impressed with the sales people or the "funny math" when trying to make a deal. We looked on line and found that your dealership had a vehicle we were interested in. We sent an e-mail inquiring about the Ford Escape and immediately was contacted by Chris Dottle. We drove an hour to Phil Fitts Ford and Lincoln. We were greeted by Chris and we took the Escape for a test drive. Chris pointed out the features of the car and let us take the car for a "long" test drive. Chris and Eric Altman worked with us regarding financing and this went extremely smoothly and quickly. We went home with a new Ford Escape SEL that we named "Little Dark Gray". We are very happy about the whole process from beginning to end and would recommend Phil Fitts Ford and Lincoln to family and friends. Great Job!!!!!!
About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.
Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely utilize your services in the future as needed.
Thanks David Stirewalt And Davis Spencer for all your help and no worries or problems with the purchase of my new Accord . I will send many customers your way Tell many people how good carmazon !!!!!
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.

John DeArmond @ Camelback Toyota: I trust him and them

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.
I had an excellent experience with Driveline. This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from this dealership. Great, friendly staff and a very comfortable environment. I'd recommend everyone I know to Driveline. ¿
Grantee best prices and service in town.
First, we had given up on Roseville Honda because of many negative experiences. However, our Accord air conditioner started acting up and we have a heat wave this week. Auburn couldn't take us so I called Honda Roseville. We got a friendly prompt appointment on the phone for yesterday, same day! We arrived early and the gentleman who came out to get us in line and set us up was a really nice guy (forgot his name). We were assigned to Randy who had NO ATTITUDE, just took real good care of us and was also really nice/friendly/professional. While we were waiting we took the opportunity to start the conversation about a possible upgrade to our 2004 (get some info, etc). Gabe took us on a test drive, sat with us, gave us information, answered our questions like a human relating to other humans (none of the wait here while so & so comes to talk to you - ultimately starting over with about 3 or 4 different people who come back instead of the one we were previously talking with, wondering what the heck is going on and wasting our time). We will follow up with him. Back to Randy to get our car. He was terrific/great energy right to the end - sense of humor, smile, authentically interested in making sure we got well taken care of along with the car. Everything transparent/explained. We even got an unexpected car wash! The air conditioner is better than new. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A COMPLETE 180 AND A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ROSEVILLE HONDA! Hope you keep this quality going. (Regards questions below, we had previously not recommended you, and we did purchase a used Accord there , but several years ago)
