A delightful endeavor in searching for the right Chevrolet Impala, one of my favorite vehicles.
nice but Ford has bad issues with this car

Good car overall, great gas mileage, nice ride, but mechanical issues. A friend has the 6 cylinder and the car has been in the shop over a year with them trying to get this car figured out. My daughter bought the 2012 Ford Fusion, while driving the power steering went out, she was able to get it back home having to muscle the steering. Ford didn't not send us a recall on this and the part alone is over $1600 and labor will put this well over $2500. Ford made this recall short lived and did not notify all the owners, so now we have a car we are paying on and is undrivable. From what I have read, the power steering on this car can go out anywhere from 38000 miles and up. If I would have know this from the beginning, the piece of junk would not be in my driveway.
I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
Fastest and easiest car deal i have ever done! Dealt over the phone and when i drove 3 hours to get there, everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. Skylar is a man of his word, even came in on his day off to make sure it all ran smooth.

This vehicle is great in all weather driving. Always getting compliments on the shine of the ruby red clear coat . Very comfortable to ride in and drive.
Elizabeth Yoo was courteous, professional, honest, answered all of our questions, and made our experience at Kendall smooth and stress free. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Kendall to our acquaintances.

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
My wife and recently purchased a new truck from Kendall Ford of Eugene. This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. They were very helpful and friendly to work with, I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a new car or truck.

We purchased the Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. The car rides beautifully, is roomy even for my 6'2 husband, quiet and very economical. I have been getting approx. 30 mpg.
We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.

I read many reviews on the Fusion and it has meet every expectation I had. It is a perfect car for commuting. And great on gas, which is very important to me!
I???ve had bad experiences at other dealers which made me nervous to come in but Daryl was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very happy with my experience

Excellent well built and very nice design. Great color-black champagne. Great looking when waxed. Extremely dependable. Great car for commuting or just enjoying the road. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
Went in to take care of one recall, found out that there were two and got both of them taken care of at once. Great job saving me an extra trip.

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.

The V6 is definitely more powerful but for me the 4 cyl is adequate. I can get around 30 mpg with the V6 The 4 cyl can get 33. Not sure what it is but the 4cyl seems to ride smoother. The maintenance on the 4 cyl is cheaper also. Spark plugs are in the front,none in the rear. I have the SEL and the Sony speaker system has me spoiled. It rocks. My gas mileage went up with the Goodyear Assurance Comfort Tread tires. Surprised me.
I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime. Because I couldn?t locate what I wanted here in the Midwest, I ended up searching for one on the west coast, via the internet. I finally ended up at Kendall Motors in Eugene, OR ? the California market was just too strange. Because of the holidays, end of the year deadlines, distances involved and preplanned trips, the process could have been daunting. But the individuals at Kendall Motors, which felt like a home-town dealership, were exceptionally good. Mark Jabs, in sales, was very professional and dedicated to the success of the process and I Never felt pressured. He more than earned his pay on this one! I can?t sing his praises enough. I might have given up but for the help from both Mark and Ann in the ?paperwork? division. I thank them very much ? I ended up with exactly what I wanted. And at a good price.
Reliable, Powerful for a small car

This car sure has the power that you always want. 268 hp for a small car is just unreal. Comfortable space inside with all the features you mostly need.
This is our second time buying a new vehicle from this dealership. We drove 2 hours. Our local dealership give us the run around. They gave us a great price on our trade and new vehicles. Eric at Toyota is who you want to ask for when you call. We asked for a purchase agreement before we drove up. What a great experience. Definitely worth the drive.

I love everything about my SEL. From the power sunroof to the heated seats, to the AWESOME sound system, this car has everything. It is great on gas but still gives me great performance for the days I feel like having a little bit of fun and a heavy foot.
Earlier, I sent in a review regarding a not-so-good experience we had with Kendall Ford Service. Within a day, I was contacted by Kevin Hyde the Customer Service Manager. He was very kind and very professional. He apologized for our bad experience. To make a long story short, Kevin and Kendall Ford went out of their way to turn a negative experience into a very positive experience. They not only fixed the issues we had, they went to bat for us with an extended warranty issue and got a mechanical problem covered that had been denied by the extended warranty company. They actually found another issue with the car that hadn't been detected by us earlier and fixed that at no charge to us. They even went so far as to reimburse us in fuel for the two extra trips we had to make into town to drop the car off. Kendall Ford has re-established my faith in them as a dealership who really does care about serving their customers. Thank you Kendall Ford and Kevin Hyde.

Great car for a first time buyer. Solid styling and appearance. Excellent gas mileage. Adequate interior room, both front and back. Good acceleration for a 4 cylinder.
