My husband and I broke down on our way home from TN back to NY. We realized our local Ford dealer messed up our Escape as we were halfway home when they did a routine oil change. We had to call a tow truck and were towed to this Ford dealer after service hours and Kevin Delawder went above and beyond to help us out and make it so we could get home. Highly recommend based off hospitality of this fella alone. Thanks again!

The car worth the value for what the design fashion for inside out.A car I don’t mind driving for travel & most of the time work in.
My sales guy was excellent , he was new to the sales game for only a week and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.. He was very helpful and went above and beyond for me so thanks Kevin DeLawder.. Sales manager was also very polite and helpful. Overall it was the best buying experience I have ever had..

Rented a Ford Fusion while my car was being evaluated after being struck by a deer. I immediately enjoyed everything about the car! As soon as it was determined that my car was at a total loss, I knew I wanted a Fusion. So happy we made this choice!
I am writing an update to my previous review. I am going to update them to a 2 from a 1 won't I won't go higher at this time due to I need to see more. You see it takes years to create a good reputation but you can destroy it in minutes. Going to need to see more from them before i become a promoter.
So they did get me my floor mats and they look good. I asked them to detail the car and they said they would...so we will see on that. BUT!! They didn't really offer anything to make it up to me, they only did what they were suppose to do in the first place. And if i was running the show there and i knew someone was upset with my company i would do something to say sorry let me make it up to you!!!
I do thank them for making it right.... but they could of done better!!!

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.

This car is driven mostly for work, and handles very well on the highway. It has great pickup for a 4 cylindar vehicle, and the eco boost provides great pickup. It measures up to any of my V6 vehicles I've owned in the past.
This car may full you with it's smooth ride, but trust me these cars require constant maintenance. The car blew the motor at 110,000 miles so I had a shop put a new motor in. Within the last 2 months I have gone through 4 ac compressors, 2 ac Expansion valves, 2 ac condensers (which requires the entire front of the car to be removed), 2 evaporator cores (witch requires the entire dash to be removed) and I still don't have ac in the car. After driving the car I noticed a vibration so I changed the motor mount. Then the car ran for anther 10,000 miles with no issue until I started to notice vibration again. This vibration was coming from the CV Axel's witch was understandable for a car with 125,000 miles. When I was in the process of having the CV axle changed I got a call from the shop saying they couldn't get the axel out of the steering knuckle and that they had broken a 20 ton press trying. So I had to pay $400 a piece for 2 new steering knuckles, and still payed the shop for labor and repairs to their press where they made sure to inform me what FORD stood for Fix Or Repair Daily. In my experience these cars are a complete nightmare and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Shenandoah Ford. Everyone was extremely helpful to assist us in getting our new 2017 Mustang. There was no pressure from the staff, and everyone bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Our Salesman Kyle Phillips was wonderful. We purchased the Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. The car rides beautifully, is roomy even for my 6'2 husband, quiet and very economical. I have been getting approx. 30 mpg.
I went in looking to test drive a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude and drove home in one that night thanks to the great customer service provided by my knowledgeable sales consultant Cody and my helpful finance manager Eddie. They both made the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle practically painless with great attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Chrysler of Culpeper to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car!

do not like having to gear shift that circle thing drives me crazy.

Dropped the Journey off Tuesday after Labor Day and picked it up at end of same day. Shop had to call in machine experts from Northern Virginia to correct malfunction in brake disc milling machine. Anyway, vehicle now performs well without shimmy.
Every shop has problems. The difference is when they are corrected and the work as promised is completed. C of C has done that.
7 years, 160k miles, still great!

I'm good about maintaining a car - regular oil changes, having it looked over carefully each time. This has been, and still is, a great car. A decent size, fairly comfortable and handles well in all kinds of conditions with decent all-weather tires. I live in the US Northeast, so we see it all. With it's age, I'm beginning to have to put a little more into it but nothing unexpected. Wish Ford hadn't changed the design so radically or I'd consider another Fusion next time. The new ones have less visibility and they look like they are grimacing.
Ignore my last review. I wrote that out of frustration.
When they heard about my issue about a used car that I bought from there, they immediately worked hard for me to get my issued resolved. They went and fought for me and made sure that the coverage for the extended warranty went through.
Then they provided me with a brand new rental! They kept me informed of the process each step of the way and were so kind and courteous along the way.
My friends and family were shocked and surprised at how well a car dealership treated me that they want to go there for their next car.
I don't know of any car dealership that treats their customers so well, I would recommend them time and time again.

I love all the bluetooth features. This was one of my top things in a car. The screen functions are so useful because it has bluetooth options,voice assistance,backup camera, temperature options, etc.
I am very happy with my experience at Bob Wade Subaru. Everyone I have dealt with has been personable and attentive. I feel that I got a good deal on my Crosstrek and I am very pleased with the car and the dealer.

I read many reviews on the Fusion and it has meet every expectation I had. It is a perfect car for commuting. And great on gas, which is very important to me!
When the inevitable manufacturing problem arrises, I hope the dealership will be as outstanding as the sales team was. I will update the review in a year.

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
