When I lived in Virginia, I always took my F-150 for service and maintenance at Cowles. They always did a great job. The facility was nice and clean and they have a nice coffee maker.
I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
This is my family's 4th new vehicle purchase from Mike Castrucci Ford/Jeff Cheser. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I am very happy with my 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Thought about a 2018 Edge SE, but after financial considerations with my sales consultant David Vajgrt, a certified pre-owned vehicle was a better choice for me. I'm glad I switched because I got the Edge I wanted with more of the SEL "bells and whistles" than with the SE model. Everyone at Heiser Ford was very patient and helpful to me.
Had a delightful experience purchasing my Lincoln MKC at Heiser on March 17, 2018. Everyone there was friendly, courteous and accommodating. I was stressed coming from Illinois to purchase a vehicle "sight unseen", but Jamen Jackson and the rest of the Heiser staff really out did themselves! Every concern was resolved and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will always go back to Heiser!
I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.
