Scheduled Saturday service for rear wheel bearing noise, I was notified by 9:30am with required replacement parts and total price. Service completed by 5:00pm, per my request, so we could finish out our day with towing the boat to the lake. Excellent and professional service! I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.
Purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 2WD from Crazy Cheap Cars. After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greeted by Stephen Thweatt (great saleman BTW) who made me feel comfortable and confident from the test drive to the purchase and on thru delivery. They asked the kind of questions that someone would ask as if they were trying to make sure I was buying the right vehicle, which I found amazing. They openly discussed their business model which was not something you get at every dealership - gained my trust. Everybody there had a consistent customer focus and will tell you what they can and can't do - fair enough. Their pricing is very fair and was below NADA/KBB values. When I asked they explained everything that went into their lower price, pointing out things like slightly worn tires, scratches, etc.) so you know exactly what you're getting. I've never seen that before and appreciated the honestly. Also gave me fair value for my trade in. At delivery, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and the mechanics went over the truck to make sure everything was right. I am a satisfied customer and will be buying again from Crazy Cheap Cars - THANKS GUYS!!!

I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.

When you walk into Mike Castrucci in Alexandria, you are immediately met with professional courteous employees. They asked great questions to find out MY needs, not try to tell me what THEY thought were my needs! I came to look for a new SUV, I left with 3 new vehicles. (A 4th five months later) I felt 100% comfortable working with salesman Ryan Smith. He was calm, in control, knowledgeable , educated, and took interest in my family! We looked at many vehicles and his patience was so apprreciated., You can see why Ryan and the entire staff was so professional, as the GM, Bryan Smith was as polished a GM I have ever met. It was not about just a sale, it was about getting the right vehicle for the family. All the employees wanted to actually get to know us! I highly recommend this tremendous dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or Lincoln!

I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.

I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! Steve Rodger's -> It's no wonder this guy has the same name as Captain America, he is the best. We went to Galpin not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase, but knew we needed a new vehicle... he showed us the awesome Lincoln's, Mazda's and then took us over to Ford... He spent a long time walking us through every question we had and took us around showing us the vehicles we were interested in. After such great customer service we walked away with our dream Truck! F150 STX 4x4 white Truck and it was all due to the awesome experience and attention Mr. Captain America aka Steve Rodgers gave us. He is the man. Would recommend seeing him any day. I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I had first ordered a Fusion but it never materialized. But I really wanted a Taurus. I'm retired now and I really wanted a top-of-the-line car. Even though I go back and forth to L.A. several times a month (around 200 miles each way), I didn't really care about the MPG; I just wanted a higher-end car. When it was apparent that the factory was not going to get a Fusion to me (I am replacing a 2005 Five Hundred with 235,000 miles, also sold to me by Don), Don went looking for the Taurus I wanted (white exterior with tan leather interior). He was able to find one and I drove it off Galpin's lot on Nov. 25.
