Steve Rodger's -> It's no wonder this guy has the same name as Captain America, he is the best. We went to Galpin not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase, but knew we needed a new vehicle... he showed us the awesome Lincoln's, Mazda's and then took us over to Ford... He spent a long time walking us through every question we had and took us around showing us the vehicles we were interested in. After such great customer service we walked away with our dream Truck! F150 STX 4x4 white Truck and it was all due to the awesome experience and attention Mr. Captain America aka Steve Rodgers gave us. He is the man. Would recommend seeing him any day. I just want to say thank you to Mark in the tire depertment. We were having trouble in the snow with the tires we had on our 15 Taurus. We had asked Mark what tires he would recommend and he came to us with the perelli ones that would fitake our car. I wasn't sure because I had some difficulty with perelli before. We went with his suggestion and we are glad. The road noise went away and the tires do great in the snow. We just happened to get a bunch right after we got the new tires. So it was a good test. So thank you Mark for knowing your stuff.
competent, friendly, and accommodating. my truck will always only go to Shottenkirk chevy in Quincy. repairs were done quickly and they returned the truck to me at work. they are the best.
Service department is very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule services, great courtesy shuttle drivers and quick to repair. My only issue, which they do not have full control is, some parts pricing. I think over 10 dollars for a lug nut on a Focus is out of line, when having to replace all of them, with under 100K miles and advised that this is normal for Fords lugs.

The reason I gave it 5 stars is because of the salesperson, namely Deron. He was as helpful as could be. I've bought many new vehicles (not all Hondas) since 1994. There were some good and some not-so-good salespersons, but I can honestly say that the aforementioned was the best.
Now this is a comment on Honda Inc, not Van's.
If this rating were for Honda in general -- not just Van's, I would have given it a "4". Deron made the difference. Honda's Owner's Guide is understandably terse, but the Owner's MANUAL is incomplete in several areas. The manual says nothing about a break-in period. I had to go back to your place to get a good answer where I got a great explanation. Also, my window sticker said my engine included "VCM". Nowhere in the Guide or Manual could I find anything about the "VCM" feature I bought. I went Online and found out at:

I still don't know the firing order of the cylinders. Granted, I'm an Engineer, but those items should be published for everyone. Right?

I am very happy with my 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Thought about a 2018 Edge SE, but after financial considerations with my sales consultant David Vajgrt, a certified pre-owned vehicle was a better choice for me. I'm glad I switched because I got the Edge I wanted with more of the SEL "bells and whistles" than with the SE model. Everyone at Heiser Ford was very patient and helpful to me.

When you walk into Mike Castrucci in Alexandria, you are immediately met with professional courteous employees. They asked great questions to find out MY needs, not try to tell me what THEY thought were my needs! I came to look for a new SUV, I left with 3 new vehicles. (A 4th five months later) I felt 100% comfortable working with salesman Ryan Smith. He was calm, in control, knowledgeable , educated, and took interest in my family! We looked at many vehicles and his patience was so apprreciated., You can see why Ryan and the entire staff was so professional, as the GM, Bryan Smith was as polished a GM I have ever met. It was not about just a sale, it was about getting the right vehicle for the family. All the employees wanted to actually get to know us! I highly recommend this tremendous dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or Lincoln!
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.

When I lived in Virginia, I always took my F-150 for service and maintenance at Cowles. They always did a great job. The facility was nice and clean and they have a nice coffee maker.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage.
