Best Buying Experience in Over 30 years

I was getting frustrated after visiting a number of other dealers in the Seattle area. Walking into Sound Ford felt different immediately. Eric and Natasha made me feel welcome, giving me information without sales pressure. They helped me find a car that I and my family love. Here's the clincher: A week after purchase, while detailing the car, I found a deep scrape on the lower front bumper. I simply missed it when I first checked out the car at the dealership, due to the color of the car and the location of the scrape. I admit, I was afraid I was going to be told "too bad - you should have caught it before you drove it off the lot". No way. Natasha and Eric told me to bring it in for repair at their expense, and provided a loaner! The day I brought my car for repair, I was met by Brian, a sales manager I had not worked with previously. He knew my name and had made all arrangements for me with the body shop and with a loaner car. This is extraordinary care that raises the bar for all other dealers. Thank you Eric, Natasha and Brian.
