Used Ford Fusion Hybrid for Sale in Irvine, CA

There have been some problems with the Ford Focus dual clutch transmissions, 2012. It involves a leaking seal which deposits a little oil on the clutch, and a computer control unit as well. Both are recall issues, and covered by Ford. My car has 79000 miles, and the computer went out a few weeks ago. The clutch has also been slipping. My car stopped in Irvine, and I had it towed to Autonation in Tustin. The service person at this Ford Dealership I spoke to before it was towed, was very nice, and told me he would take care of me. When I arrived at the dealer he immediately got the ball rolling on my repairs. Ford put me in a Rental car, free of charge. They replaced the malfunctioning computer unit, and gave me back my car a day and a half later. The clutch units were on back-order, so I had to wait a week, but my car still drove ok to use it. When I dropped of my car a week later for the clutch work, Ford again gave me a rental. The clutch repair took a few days, but now I have my car back and it's working great. What impressed me the most is how they kept me informed along the way, and how Ford took care of this issue without any hassles what so ever. The Focus has gotten a bad rap from this transmission problem, but Ford has been taking care of the defective units still out there, and the newer Focus cars have these fixes already engineered into them, and apparently don't have these problems any longer. The Focus is a great car, this is the only problem I've ever had with it. Autonation in Tustin, they get and A+ for service, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Great Hybrid. My mpg 15% higher than manufacturer's published rate. Very stylish. This is my first hybrid and as in most EV cars, you do not achieve quick acceleration. But the push button quiet (especially in EV mode) running machine make me want to get a pet dog Elroy.

I have been going to Aautonation Ford in Tustin for the last seven years. As a single female, I feel comfortable and know that the staff will take care of me and not include extra repairs that I don't need. Bob Selff is the best Service Advisor EVER! He understands my financial situation and counsels me about the practical repairs necessary on my 2001 Mustang. I need my vehicle to last as long as possible so I can save money for a new Mustang. Also, Bob genuinely cares about my safety. This type of personability is rare, and I can't praise him and the other staff enough.

This is our second Fusion Hybrid. They are reliable vehicles that deliver 43mpg on average and are comfortable and well equipped. I compared with similar Toyota and Honda hybrids and found the Ford thousands less expensive with very similar features. These are not flashy cars but they are dependable and deliver the kind of mileage and performance for which folks buy them.

Car meets all needs for small family. Would make a great graduation gift. My kids love it . Great on gas Comfortable beyond expectations. Everyone should have one !!!

My wife and I lease cars for three year terms and have gone through many as I view these as just something that gets me to work. As long as it's reliable, I didn't really have much criteria for what car I got. That said, I just got the new Ford Fusion Hybrid and am very impressed with all of the features that it's packed with! Although many of the features aren't new, I have to admit that they are new to me. For instance, keyless door locks, keyless ignition, a rotary dial for the transmission which saves space from the usual handle, traffic warning lights on the side mirrors, heated seats, iPhone integration, etc... One of the new features (again, for me) that got my attention is the center of the road guidance that gently guides you if you start to drift from the center of the road. It's nice to know that it's there for those mind-numbing long drives. As far as driving the car goes, it has smooth acceleration with good traffic merge power, excellent handling, and lots of seat adjustment options. Braking action feels a little different from what I'm used to. I'm not sure if it has to do with the regenerative braking system, but I do notice the change in feel. It's not bad, just something for me to get used to. The bar has been raised for my expectations and required feature-sets for and subsequent cars that I get from now on. Great job, Ford!

As a previous Prius owner, I missed the savings at the pump when I trade it in. The features, comfort and quality on the Fusion Titanium, made the difference. While driving it, may not be as fun as regular gas cars, the comfortable seats, the Android auto system, and even the design, makes up for that. I'm getting 43 mpg mix driving so far, which is up to par with the 10 Prius I owned before. Tried the new Hyundai Iconiq, and sonatas, and Prius, and somehow they felt short on expectations. The Fusion in the other hand, even being pre-owned and not new, it felt much better car.

A good experience! Paid for my car on the spot. Imber Rojas helped us so much, I love my new (used) car. He wasn't pushy and annoying like the typical car salesman. What a champ. Oh, and the free soda machine is rad.

I have just owned this vehicle for 2 weeks but I can already tell it is great. The mileage is averaging 43 MPG. I love the smooth ride and is very quit. The Sync system is also very user friendly.

Very welcoming and treated my family like family. They came out and welcomed my family. Gave us the keys to the car we wanted to look at and gave us time to check it out with no pressure. Also offered us to test drive it. Although we haven't reached a decision to get the car we were looking at we highly recommend this place.....

Had the hybrid about 4 weeks now. Great mileage...44 to 48 MPG so far. Great stereo, good phone integration so far. But man, this is not a fun car to drive. It's low on pickup and it is constantly changing between gas, electric and both. If you don't have the radio on, you hear all the sounds of the gas motor, electric motor, and electric accessory motors. But it's a good car, just not fun.

If you drive 25,000+ miles annually like I do, you will LOVE this car. I can't remember the last time I only stopped at the gas pump once a week, but that is the most often I have to fill up my Fusion Hybrid. With Apple Car Play, I have access to everything I need on the go.

Beautiful car. With more features than others. Great ride. Cannot feel when changing from Hybrid to ICE. Very smooth. Also has 18" inch wheels which improves looks even more.

So fare I like the ride love the gas mileage will have to drive for few months to give greater experience. Trunk space is limited but seats do go down for more room. But will drive for few more months and that will be the real test

I purchased this car because a friend recommended it, the good gas mileage, and the price. On my first long distance trip, my first tank i got 47 mpg. My second tank I'm averaging 50.

My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldn't be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadia's that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didn't get, but I wasn't expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they don't have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and don't pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.

This is a car with style. Good performance and great fuel economy. It has an abundance of options standard. I would suggest this car for most life styles.
