From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.

This car meets all of needs for pep, style, and gas mileage. It is real gas saver, and yet has plenty of get up and go. It is is an eye popper!
Customer service was great. Was in and out with no stress. Prices fair, no pressure. Highly recommend this location. Big selection.

I had a Town Car that needed repair, so I rented a car from Enterprise. They rented me a 2017 Fusion SE Hybrid, and I fell in love in 3 days. I went to Enterprise Sales and bought a pre-owned one, and am in love with the darn thing. It is more comfortable than my Town Car and is fun to drive. It handles like a sports car around the curves, and it is quiet and tightly built. Best car I've ever owned, and I've had a LOT of them.
Christopher Gallo in the service department really helped me find out why my Toyota matrix was shaking so much. The service department went above and beyond and helped me find more issues that I will come do service for in the future. There prices where fair and my service advisor made sure my car was in good hands at all times. He even got me a shuttle ride home to since I was stranded in New Rochelle.

This car is amazing. I am totally in love with it. So silent, rides like a magic carpet. This vehicle is not only a dream to drive, but amazing on fuel mileage. We went on a vacation right after we bought it to Kentucky then to Virginia and back to Florida on $60 of fuel. LOVE LOVE LOVE this vehicle. Everyone should have one.
Ford of Smithtown is the only dealer I use. I have bough several cars from salesman Mike Foley and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He gave us a zero pressure sale and always made us feel more than confident in our purchase. If youre looking for a good deal go see Mike. Hes as good as they get. Couldn't be happier. I regularly use the service dept as well. I am looking forward to purchasing another truck this year!
Great mileage but something is always breaking

This car gets great mileage around town and decent mileage on the highway (45 city/ 38 hwy), and doesn't look like some kids spaceship from art class. However, we've had 2 recalls, a broken seat belt, a delaminating windshield and now the drivers seat stopped moving.
I am a first time buyer and this is my best experience I ever had buying a car at Rubber Bros auto world.they gave me the best deals and help a lot with my car Insurance And just let y’all know I’m just 19 Years old

I’m a large guy and was worried about fitting in a car, this thing has more leg room than I need. It’s kind of impressive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

This vehicle has kept all of its promises. Not only does it drive smooth and comfortable, but it also averages 42 mpg on a continuous basis.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Amazing Car but too expensive

This car is great. On an overall scale of 1-10 not including value it gets an 8/10. Looks great, drives great, super comfortable, but lacking something for the $40,000 I paid when I bought it. No Apple CarPlay, no adaptive cruise control, and I had a throttle body go out a year TO THE DAY into owning it. Speaks volumes about Ford's reliability. Would I buy this car again? Absolutely but for nowhere near what I paid...
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Good if you want to buy a rental.

I drove one for a week as a rental. My wife test drove another we thought about buying. They were OK, but I soon realized that a lot of these 2017s in Kansas City - Wichita region were high-mileage rentals. The prices were OK, but the best years of the cars had been used up. Furthermore, several hand branded titles or reported to be in accidents. Credit the dealers for pointing this out, but buyers must consider this carefully when making a purchase. Finally, Consumer Reports had much better ratings for the 2016 Fusion Hybrid. We bought one and recommend it over the 2017.
The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.

I am very pleased with the 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium I purchased two months ago. It has met all of my expectations in terms of performance, quality, and comfort.
I'm a former customer who has returned to the White Plains area. The service was as good as it ever was. Nice to be able to say that!

So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

Overall? a great vehicle, I had a 2016 fusion Eco boost and the hybrid feels faster. The hybrid also handles better, maybe because of the added weight. I do not think I could own a vehicle without apple car play, by far on the best parts about the 2017 Fords.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I leased this vehicle with a two-year contract and will not purchase when the lease is up next year. This is a car with lots of technology but the comfort for an older person like myself (I'm 70) is really not there. I broke a piece off my patella and had to wear a knee immobilizer. It was really difficult entering and exiting the vehicle (this is understandable). Even without the immobilizer my leg room seemed insufficient unless I pushed the seat all the way back (I most rode as a passenger) but I couldn't do that when I have adult passengers in the back seat. When I drove, the car drove very nice and has lane departure, automatic cruise control (adjusting speed for the vehicles in front of me), an excellent (best even over the luxury vehicles like Lexus) rear camera, automatic dimming headlights (I really love this feature), and an excellent radio with Sirius. Air conditioning, heating, air-cooled and heated leather seats (highly recommend having)are all high quality. The car looks nice, drives nice, but I just can't get used to the lack of roominess.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! Super comfortable ride with 500-600 mile range. Great for roadtripping and hauling a ton of gear/luggage. Would recommend to anyone who wants a hybrid that doesn’t look like a small car.
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?

I'm very happy with my Ford Fusion Hybrid. It is stylish, comfortable, reliable and gets good gas mileage. It has been a pleasure to drive and own.
I purchased a van from Auction Direct in December. When i notified the owner that the van was unable to pass the NY safety inspection, he agreed to pay the for the repair so the van could pass the safety. I appreciated his willingness to help me multiple times over the phone to help me get the van repaired.

Went with the hybrid for long commutes. Love the comfort and style of the car. Our only complaint is an incredibly loud turn signal with no way to adjust it.
I recently leased a Nissan Sentra from Elite Nissan of Bergenfield. The salesman, Edward Carter, was great. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and made sure I got an excellent deal. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesman.
