We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.

I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
I just purchased a vehicle from their used car center. It took three trips from Seattle, numerous texts, and some tough conversations, but I finally got a deal with which I felt comfortable. If you are looking for the traditional used car buying experience, come to Marysville Ford, but get ready to haggle!

Gianni was a pleasure, he had the car all ready for us to test drive when we arrived, and Linda made the paperwork a delight. Average time of visit (3 hour total), warranty pricing competitive. This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
Never received a call once the service was complete due to Comcast blocking the Service Center phone number because it comes from out of state. This information came from your service rep, Shawn. If your rep knows you have this issue, then I’m guessing management also knows this call blocking issue exists. If that’s the case then why hasn’t management worked this issue? This is flat out crappy service. I wasted five hours of my day waiting for a call that never came. I had to call your service department to find out. Your service representatives should at least be verifying the contact number is not a Comcast number until you get the issue fixed.
