The sales Manager, Maintenance Manager, along with along with Sales Staff ,represent the best of the best. I was in, selected the vehicle that I had screened on the internet , no haggle as to making a deal, first offer agreed upon necessary engine light repairs taken care of, and I was out, and on my way. Coming to Jordan Ford was a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, PJ, our sales rep greeted us and took us straight to our future 4Runner with no sales pressure whatsoever. From there he took my wife out on a test drive while I waited with our three year old in the Lobby. After that I took the 4Runner out myself with PJ. Not once was he pushy. He waited till we were done with our test drive. We explained the situation that we were not ready to buy that day and he understood completely. We walked away with a sales purchase order that was good for 5 days after saving us even more money from the asking price. I expressed that the 4Runner had a strange smell in the interior and so they detailed it and shampooed the entire thing. After we got approval on loan he drove 40 minutes to our place of business to deliver paperwork so we wouldn't have to come into the dealership. After that, he advised that the truck was clean but needed to air out for at least a day due to concerns of any leftover fumes from the cleaning treatment. On delivery day, he drove from San Antonio to San Marcos so we wouldn't have to travel all the way down to him. PJ treated us like family and for that we are grateful. We will definitely be buying from them again. Can't say we've had better service anywhere else! Thank you PJ Julian, Paulina and Aaron
Process and everything was really quick and friendly. Only problem I had was with the Vehicle coverage I didn’t know it was optional. Other than that I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, runs great really low mileage also payments are under $250 a month.. I really recommend if you want a down low payment also awesome monthly rate ... Also David Drumm is awesome at what he do with his job also the kids!! Thinking about financing a second car for sure!!!
Garry Parmelee "paceman" took great care of us. I really liked that he wasn't salesmanny at all, I have an adversity to salespeople, I feel like I can't think cause they're trying to manipulate me into buying things I'm not sure I actually want. I told Garry the cars I was interested in, he gave me the keys and let me and my husband go and check them out without him hovering over us. On top of that I bought a color I ended up having last minute regrets about, I even drove the car home but I called him and begged him to let me come swap for the other color I was looking and and I can't even believe it but he let me. Haha, my poor husband and Garry having to deal with me, but hey I got what I wanted
New or used, I absolutely detest the process of buying a car. It has been my experience that the sales guy always has to "let me check with my manager and see if I can get you a better deal" and the fiance guy always tries to pressure you into purchasing high mark-up extras (extended warranty, paint sealant, window etching, etc.) even if you are paying cash. Not so at this Hertz sales location. I found myself in a very tight time-crunch to buy a "commuter car" for a new job that I would be starting shortly and I simply didn't have time for the usual car sales nonsense. Chris (sales) was great. He was very responsive to all of my questions and very knowledge about his inventory. And Nathan (finance) was also great. He completed the seemingly endless stream of paperwork in a very efficient manner and without any excessive pressure about add-ons. Although this was the first time that I have ever purchased a former rental car, I would do so again. At least I would if it was from this Hertz sales location and if it meant dealing with Chris and Nathan.
They had a printed spread sheet of every car in their inventory with year, make, model, color, mileage, and price which saved time. Compared to other dealers having to log into computers or walk their entire lots. Sales rep Belle V. and Manager Brad were true professionals, very welcoming, answered all our questions and never rushed the process. We also received full vehicle history without asking for it. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase.
Garry was great. He offered me some advice on my choice of car based on his years of experience and I'm really glad I listened. He didn't offer the advice in an offensive, patronizing way either which I really appreciated.
Dave met me before 7:00 am, and got me right in for my 30,000 mile service on my Sonata. He notified me of a couple of minor recalls that I had not received notice of from Hyundai, and had me out in under two hours. He helped me get my Hyundai information corrected, so it was a good visit. I drove past another Hyundai dealer to get there, and it was worth the drive...
Service agent and experience at dealership was TOP NOTCH!

I didn't buy my truck here because I found it at another dealer that had it in the color I wanted but I get it serviced here because it is close to home. I have been twice and the people and the service are excellent and hassle free. Not one negative! My service agent, Alberto was MORE than competent and took care to get my truck service quickly and even replace my battery without questions. I will be back next time and I will buy from here next time also.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people. The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars
I would recommend to anybody. Kris Concelman has truly given me the best customer experience. Patient with my questions and upfront with my options. Could not have chosen a better place to start AND finish my car shopping!
