Great overall experience. Don was a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with my purchase.
A Fun Mid-sized Sedan

I had a Town Car that needed repair, so I rented a car from Enterprise. They rented me a 2017 Fusion SE Hybrid, and I fell in love in 3 days. I went to Enterprise Sales and bought a pre-owned one, and am in love with the darn thing. It is more comfortable than my Town Car and is fun to drive. It handles like a sports car around the curves, and it is quiet and tightly built. Best car I've ever owned, and I've had a LOT of them.
Our experience at Boardwalk Chevrolet last month was exceptional. I walked in knowing the model I was interested in, but none were in stock. Within moments, Ben found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and made a trade so that the car I wanted would be available the following day. Ian made the trip and took good care of it along the way. When it came time to complete the paperwork, Ian was efficient, thorough, and made the process as painless and hassle-free as possible. A tiny ding in the door was taken care of quickly and was done well. They have a friendly, responsive, and capable team at Boardwalk Chevrolet. I am a completely satisfied customer and will return when I'm in the market for another Chevrolet vehicle.

I am very pleased with the 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium I purchased two months ago. It has met all of my expectations in terms of performance, quality, and comfort.
Best dealership in Bay Area. The facility is extremely clean and modern.
Rides smooth, nice acceleration.

So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
Sales rep, was very courteous and did everything she could to make my service experience excellent.
Comfort and handling are amazing

Overall? a great vehicle, I had a 2016 fusion Eco boost and the hybrid feels faster. The hybrid also handles better, maybe because of the added weight. I do not think I could own a vehicle without apple car play, by far on the best parts about the 2017 Fords.
I was expecting high pressure to purchase a new car. The Sales Representative, Answered all the questions
I had prepared before going to the Dealership, without any rush, sale pitch, or pressure in purchasing. He
was very helpful in explaining, each package that was on the various Prius models. We felt he was truly outstanding. We are happy with our purchase.
Amanda was a pleasure to work with on the purchase....she made it very easy and was very helpful with all our questions...
Totally in Love with my Fusion Hybrid

This car is amazing. I am totally in love with it. So silent, rides like a magic carpet. This vehicle is not only a dream to drive, but amazing on fuel mileage. We went on a vacation right after we bought it to Kentucky then to Virginia and back to Florida on $60 of fuel. LOVE LOVE LOVE this vehicle. Everyone should have one.
So lucky to get the 2019 Ford connect XLT. Jhay and Jayson gave me world class customer service experience. They tailored what I need, did not oversell and find me the best deal. Would definitely refer this to anyone I know - Glenn D
My first car!

I love this car! The only thing I wish it had is the alert beeping when going in reverse. The camera is great, just wish I got an alert that I’m too close. I was convinced I wanted a Ford Focus until I drove this one- so happy I moved forward with the fusion!
This a great value car with lots of bells and whistles! Best of all it gets a consistent 43 mpg. As a big dude I need a full size car but didn’t want to sacrifice great gas mileage. Super comfortable for that maddening SoCal traffic! Big touch screen in the center console has great functionality. Did I mention the 43 mpg’! Love the rear parking sensors and back up camera. Only draw back is the small trunk due to the batteries. So bumbed when I heard ford will stop production in around 2020.
I comparible Honda or Toyota will run $5-$8k more with the same options ford offers on the base model.
This is my second fusion hybrid. I bought one of the very first editions in 2013 and quickly put over 100k miles on it. So happy I bought a new one 2 years ago.
Capitol Ford is an amazing dealership whose customer service practices are top tier! Bought my 2018 Ford Edge Sport yesterday and it was a flawless experience. I have bought new cars before and it has been a painful process like you wouldnt believe. Capitol Ford, in particular the salesman we worked with Thomas, was so professional and wanted to make sure all my needs were met. Thank you for working with me and making the car buying experience smooth. I will recommend this dealership to friends looking for Fords. Thanks!
This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

This vehicle has kept all of its promises. Not only does it drive smooth and comfortable, but it also averages 42 mpg on a continuous basis.
This car is great. On an overall scale of 1-10 not including value it gets an 8/10. Looks great, drives great, super comfortable, but lacking something for the $40,000 I paid when I bought it. No Apple CarPlay, no adaptive cruise control, and I had a throttle body go out a year TO THE DAY into owning it. Speaks volumes about Ford's reliability. Would I buy this car again? Absolutely but for nowhere near what I paid...
I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.
Great mileage but something is always breaking

This car gets great mileage around town and decent mileage on the highway (45 city/ 38 hwy), and doesn't look like some kids spaceship from art class. However, we've had 2 recalls, a broken seat belt, a delaminating windshield and now the drivers seat stopped moving.
Peter & Ahmad were FANTASTIC! My wife & I were considering purchasing an RDX, and their customer service convinced us that we were at the right dealership. They took the extra time to help us explore options, evaluate our trade-in, and stayed late to ensure that our purchase went smoothly. We can’t sing their praises enough - will recommend to anyone interested in an Acura to come to Pleasanton. It was worth the drive from Sacramento!
Nice Car, But Somewhat Cramped

I leased this vehicle with a two-year contract and will not purchase when the lease is up next year. This is a car with lots of technology but the comfort for an older person like myself (I'm 70) is really not there. I broke a piece off my patella and had to wear a knee immobilizer. It was really difficult entering and exiting the vehicle (this is understandable). Even without the immobilizer my leg room seemed insufficient unless I pushed the seat all the way back (I most rode as a passenger) but I couldn't do that when I have adult passengers in the back seat. When I drove, the car drove very nice and has lane departure, automatic cruise control (adjusting speed for the vehicles in front of me), an excellent (best even over the luxury vehicles like Lexus) rear camera, automatic dimming headlights (I really love this feature), and an excellent radio with Sirius. Air conditioning, heating, air-cooled and heated leather seats (highly recommend having)are all high quality. The car looks nice, drives nice, but I just can't get used to the lack of roominess.
I drove one for a week as a rental. My wife test drove another we thought about buying. They were OK, but I soon realized that a lot of these 2017s in Kansas City - Wichita region were high-mileage rentals. The prices were OK, but the best years of the cars had been used up. Furthermore, several hand branded titles or reported to be in accidents. Credit the dealers for pointing this out, but buyers must consider this carefully when making a purchase. Finally, Consumer Reports had much better ratings for the 2016 Fusion Hybrid. We bought one and recommend it over the 2017.
