We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Fist service on my new Ford - as always the staff were super helpful the service was done on-time and to the quoted cost. We have deal with the folks at Superior Ford in Plymouth for a few years and their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile have always impressed.
This is the only dealership I plan to purchase any future cars from. Mike Sehr, Oliver and the entire sales staff are great. I also purchased the service maintenance plan with my new car and would highly recommend it. The service department is wonderful. I basically drive up for an oil change and any scheduled service, hand them the keys, look thru the showroom for a bit and come back to a serviced and washed car.
Carmax was a great place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly no pressure atmosphere!
The people in the business office, especially Alex, were very helpful and pleasant. Ryan, my sales guy was awesome as well.
We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
I found this dealership through cars.com and I had then been contacted by kemberly, who was so kind and helpful. She helped me out A LOT with the car buying process. She was pataient with me and my mom, she was knowledgeable about the car and knew what she was doing. She took great care of us, and I hope more people are helped out by her because I would 100% recommend my family members to her.
I have bought 2 vehicles from there this summer The service has been great both times When I???m ready for another vehicle I???ll be stopping there first I think what I like the most about White Bear Lincoln is the environment, it???s laid back and casual not stiff in the collar like a lot of other dealerships Sales,management and service department have always been polite and respectful They treat you like a person and a dollar sign
We worked with Colton Smith and Kevin Honeycutt to drive away in our new (to us) Ford Flex. The experience was wonderful and they took care of us. We drove from Indiana because this was the only location with our desired vehicle in our desired color and much more!
