After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

I’ve put 52k miles on my 22 fwd ecoboost with zero issues. Average mileage with 50/50 Highway/city is 28.9. It averages 31 on the highway.

My husband and I stoped by to look at a VW Jetta for our daughter. At the time, the car was not at this location. Lou made sure the car was there the next morning and we were able to take a look. Over the next few days, Lou was extremely patient with our hectic schedule as we completed the process of buying the car. Just purchased this vehicle. Tried installing child seats. Absolutely ridiculous design for attaching the upper portion of the child seat!!! What were the designers thinking? You couldn't make it anymore difficult to install one car seat, let alone a pair. An attachment must be quickly made to allow the car seat attachment to be secured without moving the back forward. Just absolutely ridiculous, horrible, etc.!!

I preordered my 2022 Maverick and waited 14 months for it to arrive. It is a Hybrid and overall I think that it is a great truck. There are some things that I wish that it had like my F150s had but it doesn't and overall in the scheme of things they are minor and it doesn't change how I feel about the truck. It has great performance and gas mileage is way better than an F150. As with first year production I have had some recalls that have been painlessly taken care of however there is one still open that Ford does not have a remedy for yet and that does concern me some but I still like the truck.

I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. I bought a 2018 Escape in Oct. 2021 with 33000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. The staff have been very helpful even as I returned to the dealership with questions. Kensie and Damon deserve credit for their service. The deal was just ok, but it was done during the height of the pandemic, they had to find me what I wanted, and inventory was in short supply. Overall a positive experience.
