I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

My Service Writer, Alyssa Lupo, was prepared for our visit when we arrived and was careful to capture all of our concerns. She got her Manager involved with the Warranty company to overcome their (warranty company’s) resistance to accepting the claim. And insured that the other service issues were addressed.

The main reason I got this car was the gas milage and it doesn’t disappoint! My drive to work is 14 miles one way. My old Jeep, I had to fill up every other week. Overall, I’ve owned my XL for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve only taken one trip with it which was a 2 hour drive one way. It handled incredibly well with the slick roads, and the drive was enjoyable. I took one star off reliability because the battery issue. 1 week into owning it I took a 5 minute trip to the grocery store which turned into a 5 hour ordeal. The car only sat there for about 2 minutes and I went to remote start from my app. It said there was an error and I figured I was too far away (about 100 yards). I got out to my truck and started it and it gave me a bunch of error messages. It couldn’t drive. So, I called to have it jumped. They came out to jump it and even afterwards, it had all sorts of error messages. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for the tow truck and ended up being stuck at the dealership for another hour. The next day my car was returned to me, good as new. It was a battery issue according to the dealership. They put in a new battery and it’s working fine again. That’s why I took off one star for reliability. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again in the future. Also, the amount of recalls is impressive and disheartening. If you’re in the market for a small truck with good gas mpg, this is your car. I don’t use the bed, but I plan on getting a cover so I can put luggage back there for my next trip.

Just had to take a moment to express how Wonderful the experience that both my husband and I had recently when purchasing a vehicle from Integrity Chevrolet. The sales person, Jordan Miles was outstanding, not pushy; but helpful in every way! We test drove 3 vehicles and in the end purchased the last one. The next process was the finance dept. and we had the pleasure of working with a person named Brandon. He was very professional, yet personable and so helpful. He made the financial part of the buying of the vehicle basically painless, which is always appreciated. He communicated well in regards to the various choices of plans that are available to buyers and the many extras too. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Integrity Chevrolet and again we are SO Very pleased with this dealership. I got the Mavrick Larit, but it didn't come with the front parking distance Decator and no fog lights. The mileage is very good and comfortable, but the one thing I don't like on both of my Ford Explorer and Ford Maverick is the systems that turn off the engine and knocks both the engine and transmission which will become a bigger problem where the engine and transmission will break plus I also have to turn off the swaying system which causes my truck steering to lock up when I'm not towing anything so i have to turn this off also.
