I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Awesome buying experience with William C. He checked all my boxes for a great deal...including price! Highly recommend his professionalism and willingness to meet my budget!

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.

Had a great buying experience today at Villa Ford. Our salesman Harrison Brown, provided excellent customer care and was a professional throughout the entire process. Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it?s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He?s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

Everything went smoothly. I was shown the cars I was interested in, allowed to go in and see them thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I was shown features about the cars I was not necessarily familiar with. I test drove the car and once I selected the car I wanted, proceeded to purchase it and fill out the paperwork without any problems. The vehicle I chose is beautiful and drives well. I am very happy with the purchase of the car and the process to get it.
