Auday provided us with the best service that we have experienced in a long time. � � �As we went through the contract, it was time to talk about financing which is not something that most people enjoy when making a large purchase � � �We had already set up our financing with another lender and shared our percentage rate with Kyron Session. As he checked our credit score, he came back to the desk and presented his offer. We were shocked that he offered us almost the same percentage rate. We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. It was like we were old friends catching up on our lives. � � �There is a valuable team at AutoNation Ford Arlington. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, even though at the end we did buy our pre owned from AutoNation. We are very pleased with our purchase and the sales team we had.

Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow!
