Used 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E for sale near Chino Hills, CA

Contacted and did the very little haggling via text and email. It was painless, easy & quick. Agreed, calked made an appt with a known agreed out the door price. Drove about 2 hrs to get there but the price and selection were driving factors. Arrived, everyone was nice & friendly…did the paperwork and left with the vehicle I found on cars.com. Easy search on cars.com, easy smooth communication, and easy purchase with Huntington Beach Ford…good experience all around.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around. Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!

We had a great experience purchasing a used car through this dealership. Pete went through all of the special features of the vehicle and how to use them, got us an extra key, which from previous experience at other dealerships, just won't happen.
