I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

It all started with Jessica answering the phone. She was awesome, answered all questions that I asked and was able to get me numbers from the sales manager. After that she set up an appointment so I could come in and test drive the car. I worked with Ken and Sharon while I was at the dealership. They were awesome. Brian did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about all the different features the vehicle and took the time to make sure we knew how to use them. Lisa in the finance department really knows her job and works with you every step of the process to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

We couldn’t find a price that was going to work for me, but we kept talking for 5 more days, and they kept working harder and harder to get the truck to me at the price I needed it. They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.
