Sales person Paul was great making sure to get me into the van I purchased I think they gave me a fair trade for my vechicals. On line group was also great the made contact with me which led to my purchase.

I had recently been involved in an auto accident with my 2009 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport and my insurance deemed my truck a total loss and I was so disheartened that my truck was gone. I searched all the major websites for used Toyota Tacoma's with all the particulars on it that I wanted. As it turned out that a retired United States Air Force member had traded in their 2017 TRD Off Road in immaculate condition. I reached out for information on this truck and Tim Dauterman made contact with me to answer all my questions. Tim was forthright and open about everything I asked him. I had reached out to Tim on a Tuesday and by that Friday I wanted to come and look at the truck. So my wife and I drove 4.5 hours on Saturday to the Park Ford dealership. Tim had taken the truck out of circulation and had it in a viewing garage waiting on our arrival. I really appreciated that Tim moved the truck from being on the lot were someone could have come in and bought it before my wife and I got there. It has been my experience that most dealerships want a non-refundable deposit to hold a vehicle for you Tim and Park Ford did not. The truck was very clean inside and out. We took it for a test drive and I pushed every button and turned every knob to ensure everything worked. It drove great and everything was in working order. We had a vehicle to trade and Park Ford was very generous in what they gave us for our trade-in. Once that was done we went and paid for the truck, had some Ford products offered to us (extended vehicle warranty etc... and we declined.) All of this took only two hours from the time we show at the dealership to the time we were on our way back home. Thanks to Tim Dauterman and Park Ford for making this a seamless process.

Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

Everyone was respectful and nice. The sales team was knowledgeable with their part of the sale. Matthew very helpful respectful. I would recommend to friends and family to go to auto nation for a vehicle.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck. I answered an ad on CarFax for a 2022 Ford F150. I was promptly put in touch with Justin Post who handled the acquisition from start to finish including my dealing with overseas fund transfer complications. Then, Rick Amador handled the financial paperwork on an expedited basis. All in all, this was a great experience and I might add, a very good deal.
