My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. But overall 5 stars. Great restrooms, beverages and waiting areas. Very good dealership to do business with.

This was the best buying experience of my life. Jacoby was very friendly and helped streamline everything. Finance was a breeze. I remember when buying a car took all day. Sales Associate Jason Albritton provided me with an online detailed invoice of drive out price including all taxes, fees, and extras. When I arrived at the dealer he stuck to his quote without any unexpected and surprise added costs. Business Manager Jordan Gonzales reviewed all peripherals like extended warranty and various protection plans without any pressure to buy. Great advertised price without any big hidden mark ups in the end like many other dealers. There were no games so I traveled a little farther to close the deal. Very smooth and fast in/out the dealership so I could get back home.

It was Great best car buying experience I?ve ever had

I rated the dealership separately, But I wanted to give special attention to the sales person and finance individual. The person who handled the sales process, Karl Alfeld Internet Manager, and JR, Fnance, in addition to the service department. They answered every question, provided a printout of the findings of the 40 point inspection and actions taken, demonstrated the cars features and handled the finance expeditiously. I would rate them a 10. At the age of 85, I've had a lot of experience with sales organizations and have rarely experienced this level of cooperation & forthrightness.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
