Purchased a used vehicle , I did find some fault codes after the purchase on the ecm but I have notified the dealership and feel like they will do the right thing and take care of the issues. They did a great job of handling online communications and transactions and it was all above-board and painless. Javi Jr., our sales consultant, was particularly pleasant and helpful. Blake was incredible at giving me time and space to consider a big ticket item purchase. I would have liked for the finance discussion to have been more thorough and less rushed. I missed some important pricing information because the presentation was pressured, fast and furious.

It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add.
