We were walked through all trim and option levels, and found the Bronco that perfectly matched our needs and budget. There was never any pressure and negotiations on price were friendly, honest and respectful. We could not have asked for better customer service.

I bought my car at Fritts Ford and I have had all my service do ether. Everyone has been wonderful! I have recommended them to all my friends. The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

I recommend this dealership 100%!!! Raul Gaytan and Brian Howe worked together to sell us our 2022 Expedition. I had previously bought a 2019 F250 Superduty and a 2019 Fusion Energi plug in hybrid through Raul. Flawless. I have a friend who I sent to Raul and he bought an F150, and later an Escape hybrid.
