Bought a Ford Edge at another dealer. Felt very pressured by the sales person and did not like the car. So I had bought a few cars from Chapman In Columbia before so I went to see if they could get me out of this car. Wendall Jones was my salesman. The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

This is a great place to look for a car 6 hours from my home. That's better than I get from local dealers here where I live.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned F-150 from Chapman Ford Columbia. I came here because I found the truck online and it met all the criteria I was looking for. My sales rep Anthony Wright was very low pressure and made sure we were informed throughout the process. His knowledge on the truck was impressive. Bedelia, Tony and Brantley were also involved in the sale and were excellent to work with. I usually consider purchasing a vehicle to be a big hassle but they made the process hassle free and I would purchase from them again.

We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! The car is exactly what it was projected to be online and we are very happy! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly and the salesman answered all of our questions that we had before the purchase. They stayed late to help us get the deal done so we didn’t have to drive back the next day. K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

I have been looking everywhere for that perfect one-of-a-kind truck that no one else has. Searched everywhere in NJ and Pa with no luck. I was told about cars.com and came across an amazing truck and started the communication process with their sales team. From start to finish, I never felt rushed or pressured. I took the 2-hour drive to MD and drove home in my new truck. Everyone there was super friendly, and I would def recommend them. I believe the guy who helped me was Mr. Johnson.

Bob Davidson Ford is highly recommended. My husband and I visited the dealership over the weekend while searching for a new vehicle, and we were impressed by the friendly staff. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. We plan to return this week to take a closer look at a model we're interested in, and hopefully, drive it home with us.
