I had to have my car started by AAA because the battery failed. I called right away to see if I could bring it in to have a new one installed, drove it there while it was still running, was served immediately, and drove out with a new battery plus tires filled with the proper pressure. Quick and polite service!!

I have purchased three vehicles there this year. They have a great sales team that work with customers. The service department and collision center do very good work. I have used both those departments several times. When I am in the market for a vehicle Don Tester is the place I go.

Very happy with service department, especially Danielle. It is a shame though that Ford uses bad parts that necessitate engine repairs within 4 months of my buying the vehicle. It isn't AutoNation's fault that the Ford Motor Company makes terrible engines or uses inferior parts. This is second time in 4 months I needed warranty service. Vehicle has less than 4000 miles on it. Took a week to get the parts.

This is my first time working with Dustin Hamilton. He treated me very professionally and also was friendly and willing to help. He was also available when I called to make the appointment for service and the process was handled efficiently. Most of all he thanked me for my business and made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me a greatprice/value, answered all of my questions, and even drove 200 miles to meet me when it cam time to deliver the truck. Great price and great cunstomer service...can't beat that! :)

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck.
