Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cole at the dealership, and I can't recommend him enough! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and attentive, making sure to understand my needs and preferences. He took the time to explain all the features of the cars I was interested in, and his knowledge about the vehicles was impressive. Cole was never pushy, which I really appreciated. He allowed me to take my time in making a decision and answered all my questions thoroughly. When it came time to negotiate, he was fair and transparent, ensuring I got the best deal possible. Overall, my experience with Cole was fantastic, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase. If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Cole!
