Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.

Performed an oil change, rotated my tires, advised me of a nail in one of my tires and also of the problems Ford has had with failing water pumps. They saw I had a leak and they kept it overnight to replace the pump. Awesome job

Marvin helped me with understanding what was wrong with my vehicle and helped me to obtain a new vehicle by putting me in touch with the sales department on an emergency basis.
