I called Woodland Ford about a car on their website to check if the car was available the sales person said it was and that he would have it ready for the test drive when we got there and it was. We test drove the car and loved it. We came back the next day and they gave me a good offer for my trade in and we did the paperwork and the process took an hour we got there at 11:30am and left at 12:30pm they answered all my questions and it was the best car buying experience that I ever had. Purchased a 2023 Expedition Max XLT 4WD from Woodland Ford last weekend, and the entire experience was excellent. Sales agent Sarah was very easy to work with, very positive, showed us around the vehicle, allowed a generous test drive on city and hwy. We had to leave early but had a verbal agreement to purchase and she was very nice in allowing us to finish the transaction the next day (and not sell it to anyone else!) The vehicle has 12k miles and is in excellent condition, it is a special edition so it has all the creature comforts, and most importantly our must-haves Pro Trailer Backup Assist and integrated trailer brake, which are key when you are towing and constantly hitching/unhitching. The car was prepped and fully cleaned and detailed for us the next day. Extremely happy with the whole process, great service and a great vehicle.

I was looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 to a truck with more towing capacity but with good MPG as a daily driver as well. I had salesmen at several dealerships looking to find what I asked for. I negotiated my price prior to coming to the dealership. Picked up the Jeep to test drive and was happy with the vehicle. Andy the sales associate I was working with had me fill out credit app and in about 15 min. we walked over to finance. Finance was quick and painless. If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!
