Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. This was the second time we purchased a new car from Ford and both times we had a smooth experience without the sales people being pushy like some other dealerships are.

I felt that when I arrived to buy the car, I was greeted kindly, and the salesman assigned to me (Roman Grigorchuk) was very honest and respectful. There was no pressure, and he was very proactive in helping me with all the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase. A few things to keep in mind: If you?re planning to finance through a bank that isn?t theirs?like a credit union?be prepared for them to ask for a cashier?s check. Also, don?t expect much help from the finance department, as they won?t put much effort into assisting you. This is where I really have to give credit to my salesman, Roman Grigorchuk, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely dedicated to making the process smoother. As for the quality of the car, make sure to thoroughly check all the details. For example, I was sold the car without the under-engine cover (the part that goes under the engine and protects it from rocks and debris that could damage it). When I called to ask them to install it, they refused. So, I strongly suggest inspecting the car carefully. Overall, the car is�in�great�shape.

Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

It was Great best car buying experience I?ve ever had

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.
