I'm deaf so buying a car is not easy lots of things are not easy but they very happy texted my to talk to me someti.es it's hard buy anything most are rude and yell when I s a.c y I'm dear lol why yell still cant hear but they had no problem with texting with me also was not rude when I disided not to buy any car at that time and made sure I had a way home offered to call someone or a cab just very helpful in all told me to text if I changed my mind

Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little, so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. We found the truck we were looking for on Ford's website. Called Louisburg Ford to verify they had still it, and drove 2 hours to go get it that afternoon. Jimmy was amazing to work with. No pressure, no games, no gimmicks, no funny business. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and we drove a beautiful new F250 home.

The whole process was pleasant and simple. The staff was very friendly, especially my salesman Justin making sure I was taken care of and all my questions and concerns were answered.
