I brought my F-250 in to have an alignment done. Clayton helped throughout the whole process, from check in to finished repair. He kept me informed the whole time. He provided estimates for the repair cost and time also. Clayton was extremely helpful and even offered services that I didn?t know they had, like delivering my vehicle to my home after the repair free of charge. They also do service work at your home, such as, oil changes. My repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and a print out was provided which showed before and after specs. The whole process was hassle free.

Iliana was a great sales rep. She was kind and very understanding of what I needed. She acquired to my needs and didn’t make me feel pressure to make any decisions until I was ready. 10/10 experience with Iliana Davila.

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. Including a car wash and the tire rotation. I live in Dallas, so drive that extra mile paid off. Hope it was not coincidence and their manager is really s logistics wizard. Keep it up!!!!!
