Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

The people were great especially Chris in sales. Went to 2 other dealers neither wanted to help/work with me so glad liberty aurora did!!!

I came to you facility because you were close and excepted my GM warranty. Your staff was great. They very accommodating with me and my service dog. The work was done and in a timely manner.

My oil change went smoothly. They took my vehicle in to service on time and as scheduled. The wait time seemed to be less than a half hour and I had a nice clean place to wait. When I returned home I checked my oil level and the it was clean and exactly where it should be on the dip stick. Nice guys to visit with while I was there too.

Let me tell you I drive 150 miles one way 2 times to buy my 2016 Corvette from here. I would have drive back and forth 10 times over based on my awesome experiences here. Top to bottom bottom to top the place is 1st rate. If the say it, they do it! No pressure at all and they talk to you respectfully and not down at you like some dealerships thos dealer has a Vision amd I will tell you it’s a simple one. Customers are job one. I only have one complaint~ very difficult to reach them! There phone system is frustrating. It takes many rings to speak to a person. As for Service ~ very nice and try to solve any issues. It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.
