I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

Ford/Mercury customer since 1984 Mercury Grand Marquis purchased new. 1999 Ford Explorer purchased new. 1990 Mercury Topaz purchased new. 2000 Mercury Sable purchased new.

I was looking for the new Ford Mach-E and Mike was great at getting me exactly what I wanted. The process took a while because of demand and delays but he was super helpful throughout the process and got me everything I wanted. Bob on the finance side really helped get things pushed through for me as well, so would definitely come again for my next car purchase!

This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. He found a couple cars and told us to come in. We left with one of those choices a few hours later. Always great service!

They are well prepared and complete the repair in one hour or less. The facility is very clean and it reflect on the work performance.

A low tire pressure alert brought me into Hawk Ford where I've always received EXCLLENT. This visit was much the same...EXCLLENT diagnostic and inspection of vital areas. Colin Lieb and his team were outstanding with customer communications and expert in explaining the troubles needing repair. A broken driver's side outside mirror needed attention and was replaced in full, with care and efficiency. I'm thankful for the parts ordered and service so professionally completed. I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.

Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

The dealership had many cars to review and choose from. Colors and options were available. The salesman knew his business and was pleasant in helping us choose a car.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need.
