My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Like most dealerships these days, the service managers at Autonation Ford Frisco don’t always get everything right every time. However, after dealing with these guys for over ten years now, when things start to slip, they have always got things back on track and at the end of the day, from my experiences at least, work very hard at keeping the customer informed all along the way while ensuring that they meet and where possible, exceed service delivery expectations every which way that they can.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow!
