Oil change and rotation done on Ford F150. Completed the work in a short time frame.all work was done satisfactory . All fluids checked and battery.

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!

My wife and I traveled 2 1/2hrs to the dealership in Frisco, TX. We were treated extremely well from start to finish by our salesman, Jerome Collins. He worked with us on an acceptable trade-in deal and saw us through on a successful purchase. Very nice dealership with an exceptional free coffee bar, vending area, and showroom. Much better overall in-store experience than most other dealerships we've been to. Sales area did not have that claustrophobic feel. Would recommend to anyone.
