My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

Drove in from Michigan because of the deal. Was dealt with fairly and overall happy. It is not a new car dealer so not quite the red carpet treatment but I didn’t expect that here and it was close anyway. The deal I got was thousands less than anywhere else and the car is great, isn’t that what really matters! I dealt with Ryan not Dave for sale and someone different for finance, but the auto fill options on the review website are incorrect. Both were helpful though.

My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.

Have the hybrid, had over a year and average MPG over that time is 41. Its a pickup and works for me. Weekend stuff, depending on business may work as a work truck, Has some pep to it and since small vehicle very maneuverable. no issues mechanically 3 recall though but handled when took into the dealer for service. This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

Love economy and looks. Never had so many compliments on the looks. Ride is good and even after recalls I am not disappointed with vehicle.

Ordered vehicle September 2022, came in April 2023. Drove it home 300 miles and it still had a half tank of gas. I was impressed. Averaged 40 MPG on the way home. Truck is quiet and comfortable. Only thing I do not like is the infotainment screen is not as clear and sharp as the 2020 Mazda3 that I traded in. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase. Only have 4500 miles so far and am averaging +\- 39 MPG. Have had 2 recalls.

Just purchased this vehicle. Tried installing child seats. Absolutely ridiculous design for attaching the upper portion of the child seat!!! What were the designers thinking? You couldn't make it anymore difficult to install one car seat, let alone a pair. An attachment must be quickly made to allow the car seat attachment to be secured without moving the back forward. Just absolutely ridiculous, horrible, etc.!!

I preordered my 2022 Maverick and waited 14 months for it to arrive. It is a Hybrid and overall I think that it is a great truck. There are some things that I wish that it had like my F150s had but it doesn't and overall in the scheme of things they are minor and it doesn't change how I feel about the truck. It has great performance and gas mileage is way better than an F150. As with first year production I have had some recalls that have been painlessly taken care of however there is one still open that Ford does not have a remedy for yet and that does concern me some but I still like the truck.

Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.

I traded in a Chevy 1500 High Country. I got too big for me. The Maverick Lariat is just what I needed and wanted. After 3 months 5000 miles I like it more every time I get in it.

We bought the Maverick XLT Hybrid, and the first three months was frustrating trying to figure out our mileage and range. Wow, after that passed it consistently gets 930km if not more, on a full tank of gas using regular fuel. This vehicle gets constant attention, and we got the cactus grey color that is outstanding. The seats at the back will accommodate a tall person whereby, our son bought a 2022 Tesla 3 and it was a miserable ride at the back. The interior has some recycled material in its dashboard which should be a lead for the industry. It lacks ambient lighting as there is only a faint white color in the middle front console and the empty cubby hole in the screen display is a joke idea. They should have expanded the screen and we put a small stuffed bear in it to fill the void. The glass sunroof should have been a darker tint to give better protection against UV rays. The interior color scheme is wonderful with its contrast, and a comfortable ride. We often use economy gear for driving mode, and it was disappointing Ford was cheap in not putting in a top shelf for the console or lights for the vanity mirror. Ford also did not have upper handle bars on the driver side, and they did not put in cup holders at the rear seat. Yet, there are more features that give you a bang for the buck like rear light and socket plug in bed liner, good headlights (despite no fog lamps which was a turn off as most vehicles have them), and sassy stylishness for this small pick up that draws onlooker attention as I've had many inquiries and great reviews. I bought raised decal stickers on aliexpress for cheap price and stuck them on the rear gate to highlight the Maverick name and it looks great. Why pay lots for Ford's accessories if you can save money? There is fairly good space under the rear seat even with the hidden hybrid battery cover. The vehicle could be a tad higher but it still impresses our family's needs. This pick up will easily suit my needs for river fishing, camping and small loads. The rugged fender flares we got added style to our custom vehicle that took over 10 months before delivery. Check out the Maverick as it is a better ride than the former 2018 crossover Escape we traded in for this newbie. Happy Trails..... Kerwin Maude, b.a.

Right at 4k miles on my 2024 Lariat hybrid. So far very pleased with the vehicle and amazed at the mpgs. I average 42 mpg on my 30-mile commute, a balance of highway and surface streets; 35-37 straight highway at 75 mph. The truck is a great size for me; occasional use of the bed for home chores and light hauling. Put it in perspective, - it's Ford's least expensive vehicle and so it is built to a budget. I got the Lariat with all the toys, but I recognize it's a $25k vehicle with $12k of lipstick. My only wishes would be for memory, ventilated front seats. This is my 5th and final car bought new; I usually take them to 11-13 years and 200k miles. Build quality matches the others I've bought (Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Subaru), and the one recall (taillights) didn't phase me since Ford's mobile unit came and sorted it out at the house. The Maverick will be riding me out to retirement and become my explore/travel car. Based on this drivetrain being proven as NYC Escape cabs, I have few worries.

Maverick is great but the connectivity of the touch screen / audio / carplay is so bad it is a danger on the road. Unacceptable for a brand new vehicle. I have given up with the infotainment interface, otherwise i would be spending most of my time distracted while driving. It is safer to just be on your phone while driving. Great little truck but a big negative in the poor quality of the touchscreen.

My dad picked up a 24 Maverick Hybrid Lariat Lava red and circa 1978 interior blue and tan interior with leather seats 36k out the door. Interior is well made leather seats are comfortable bed is typical of a modern truck it holds your stuff fine. Gets 49 to 51 mpg driving like a normal person on a secondary 50 to 55mph highway and 40 to 42mpg on a main highway doing 65 to 80mph towing it gets 22 to 25mpg towing 4000lbs and 24 to 27 empty trailer. 1,500 miles in i'm impressed it's not a hardcore truck not for a contractor but for the average joe that hauls a boat once a year and need to throw firewood, furniture and a TV in the bed it's great the modern S10. Towing over 3000'b it's sluggish uphill panel gaps can be meh. The infotainment can randomly crash and the trim piece around the glued in tablet feels cheap overall a homerun if you can get one not marked up
