5 star service. The review process is redundant though, as first I got a request of review from Ford, then from Freeway Ford. I would prefer just writing one review and having it shared. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service however.

I had a recall on my Ford Escape so the dealer called me to schedule an appt. to fix the recall. I made the appt and then asked if I could get my scheduled maintenance work done at the same time (oil change, tire rotation, etc). They said that would be fine to do everything at the same time. The recall took about half a day so they were kind enough to drive me home. When the car was done, the escort driver was at my front door to take me back to Apple Ford to pick up my car[. All the work was done and I didn't have to pay anything for services rendered!! Everything went smoothly and I was home to be there for another service man coming that day. I was very satisfied with the work done and the kindness of the service men I encountered. The driver of the escort service was so pleasant and wonderful to converse with. Great experience with Apple Ford!!!!

The financial officer, Tom, was also very helpful and professional. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Pleasant atmosphere. No pressure. Jim and Jeff listened to our concerns and were very accommodating. I brought my daughter in to look at a used car and they worked with us to set her up. Having had terrible experiences in the past buying used cars, we were assured they would take care of us. We bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle appeared in very good condition. We purchased it and the next day it didn’t start. We called Morrie’s and they quickly picked up the car and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with this dealer, they really have integrity and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Morrie’s.
