I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. I was looking for a Ford Explorer online, Arlington had just the one I was looking for. Floyd, Jake and David made it happen. Floyd was great! Since I had to pay for the car even before I physically saw it, Floyd took a lot of Pictures for me and Videos. David got the paperwork done and sent it to a local dealership so I could sign and send it back with the check on 7-14-2025. I am still waiting for the title in the mail. However, I do have a temporary plate from Texas. Jake got the car shipped and I received it on 7-27-2025. A little stressful for me, as I ready paid for the car, and therefore Jake as AutoNation Shipping Company was a little hard to nail down on the delivery date. Overall, a Great experience and I have driven the car now and I love it!!
