I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. I brought my F-250 in to have an alignment done. Clayton helped throughout the whole process, from check in to finished repair. He kept me informed the whole time. He provided estimates for the repair cost and time also. Clayton was extremely helpful and even offered services that I didn?t know they had, like delivering my vehicle to my home after the repair free of charge. They also do service work at your home, such as, oil changes. My repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and a print out was provided which showed before and after specs. The whole process was hassle free.
