From parking my trade in to pulling out of the lot with our new car the process was fast, friendly and efficient. My salesman Desmond Drummond was great to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles. They gave me full CarMax price on the trade upfront which was great. I despise haggling about that. Bought a 4 year old used Mustang. Car was in great shape, looked new, even still had the new car smell. Very reasonably priced. Staff was professional and courteous. I financed through USAA and they let me drive the car home instead of waiting the three days it would take USAA to process the paperwork.

Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!
