Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. This was the second time we purchased a new car from Ford and both times we had a smooth experience without the sales people being pushy like some other dealerships are.

I felt that when I arrived to buy the car, I was greeted kindly, and the salesman assigned to me (Roman Grigorchuk) was very honest and respectful. There was no pressure, and he was very proactive in helping me with all the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase. A few things to keep in mind: If you?re planning to finance through a bank that isn?t theirs?like a credit union?be prepared for them to ask for a cashier?s check. Also, don?t expect much help from the finance department, as they won?t put much effort into assisting you. This is where I really have to give credit to my salesman, Roman Grigorchuk, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely dedicated to making the process smoother. As for the quality of the car, make sure to thoroughly check all the details. For example, I was sold the car without the under-engine cover (the part that goes under the engine and protects it from rocks and debris that could damage it). When I called to ask them to install it, they refused. So, I strongly suggest inspecting the car carefully. Overall, the car is�in�great�shape.

My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days.
