I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end. Had a really great experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. DT was my sale associate and he’s been the best I’ve had so far when buying a new vehicle. Negotiations were quick. They had the truck I wanted and we were able to agree on a price within an hour of walking into the dealership. DT was professional and honest. I will definitely use him again when buying from them in the future. I bought an EV and there was an issue with the tax credit after I purchased. I brought it to their attention. Peyton and Zane escalated the matter immediately and it was resolved in just a few days.
