Great experience at San Tan Ford, went to the dealership to take a look at a used 2020 Ford Raptor truck they had on their lot. After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck. Andrew in the finance department did an excellent job at clearly explaining everything and made the financing process as easy as possible. Thanks to Alfonso I purchased my long awaited Ford Maverick. Alfonso was very helpful and patient with questions I had and offered after purchase assistance with anything else I needed. Also to the finance guy (sorry forgot his name). He was really helpful as well.

I was very impressed with my salesman Thomas Knox. He was very professional and went beyond to get me the best deal for my new Nautilus which is so great I really love it. Everyone involved were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership.

Salesman Steven was great as was Manager Michelle. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we got the car we wanted.

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. I just bought a Ford Maverick. Been a long process, but Jacob, Camren, and Oscar did a great job of making it happen. Been trying to buy a Maverick since March.

Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. I’ll gladly recommend Earnhardt Ford for any future auto buyers!
